Three steps to perfect brow

Eyebrows frame the eyes like a frame showcases a picture. The most expensive piece of art can have the wrong frame and look mediocre, just as a cheap piece of artwork can have an excellent frame and look exceptional! 

 

Three steps to the perfect natural eyebrows: 

1. Thickness- the eyebrow thickness gives definition and helps to open the eye area. If the eyebrows have been over plucked, use a growth serum like LiBrow to stimulate growth and thicken the eyebrows. 

2. Shape- the shape of eyebrows is one of the key factors for bright eyes. Every face shape has a recommended shape so the arch opens the eyes and balances the facial features. 

3. Colour- the colour of eyebrows adds definition and enhances the eye area. If it is too dark it can create a harsh look, and if the colour is too light the eyes aren't enhanced. Eyebrow tint should be done every 4-6 weeks, and needs a patch test before your first treatment.

A popular radio program in the UK called Desert Island Discs asks a variety of listeners what they would take to a Desert Island. If they were only allowed 8 records what would they pack?  

A friend asked me what my beauty version would be. So here's the third entry of an eight part Beauty & Wellness series about what I would take with me if I was only allowed eight items. I've chosen one item from each category- skincare, makeup, etc. 

One of my beauty essentials is a lash conditioning and growth serum called LiLash. I have to import it from the United States and am one of the only salons south of London to sell it! It is anatural alternative to getting eyelash extensions. 

This serum is the number 1 in the world and it encourages lash growth and thickness. By using this product regularly it stimulates the natural lashes to grow and with continued use the lashes begin to thicken. In the heat and with limited resources on a desert island, maintaining a longer fuller appearance with a natural curl. This helps to open and frame the eye area, and with a pre-holiday eyelash tint it looks like you're wearing makeup! 

Trial Tuesday- LiLash Update Week 1

One week into using the American LiLash serum and the results are fantastic! This serum boosts hair growth and strengthens the individual lashes. My eyelashes have never been this long!

I've also been trialling LiBrow by applying the serum every evening onto my eyebrows. I haven't noticed much difference in my brows, but I don't feel I need to put as much colour on them. 

This is the result after 1 week of applying LiLash and LiBrow every evening. 

The pictures are taken in different bathrooms, but my eyebrows appear slightly darker and I've noticed my eyelashes have lengthened!
